Whats up! My name is Mike and I created this program for the average person who is looking to learn more about how to get stronger, become leaner, and have more energy and vitality, all done with a focus on the unique individual.
My program is not a cookie cutter workout template, and it is focused on each person's unique needs and goals. I personally had to learn the hard way over the years how important tools for stress management, eating properly, and training with a proper program are for optimal health!
Everything on the market now in the fitness industry is all about Challenges! and Bootcamps! and Burn Fat! But at the end of the day the industry falls short in teaching people the proper tools and techniques that they are going to need to lose weight and keep it off.
There are no shortcuts or quick fixes when it comes to improving your health and growing stronger. We need to eat whole foods, train intelligently, and work to manage our stresses in life better.
There are only principles, holistic health principles that are foundationally true for every human. Sleep is essential. Managing stress will help you become stronger. Weight Training will tone and build strength for your body. Eating organic foods will support your physically through quality nutrition.
My job is to help COACH you on this journey. I will help you take the time out to take a bird's eye viewpoint of your life. It is crazy to think about, but as busy as we all are, sometimes we do not take the chance to step back and evaluate our goals, schedule, eating habits, sleep, training etc.
This is what I am here to help you do. All for the fraction of the cost of hiring a Trainer to meet multiple times per week. I will make one qualifying statement however, the more YOU put in, the more you will get out of this program.
This is not meant to be some passive program where you check in once a month and I send you a few emails, this is taking me on as your virtual coach. I will be in contact with you on a semi-daily or even daily basis if I feel it is needed, you will be expected to try your best, and I will hold you ACCOUNTABLE.
