1. A corrective strength training program. Designed to optimize posture, flexibility, and strength. This will be designed within 10 days of you signing up, and after the movement assessments are complete.
2. Nutritional Coaching and guidance. We will take a look at when you eat, what you're eating, and how we can optimize this. You'll learn which processed foods to eliminate and which healthier alternatives to add in for quick and effective weight loss.
3. Stress and Lifestyle Management. We take a bird's eye view of your entire schedule as it relates to your health. Your alone time, your sleep hours, when you eat, and what your primary stressors are. WIthin this lifestyle section is your DREAM goals which will help you define your ultimate dream and goals for your health.
The truth is: becoming vigorous and having unbounded health and vitality is possible for nearly ANYONE, however it is HARD WORK! Your health is not something you buy insurance for and forget about until you're sick or prediabetic, it is a proactive dance and communication with the greatest asset you have in life, your body and your health.
This is ultimately why I created this program, it is for those who want to truly become stronger, in a way that is sustainable and teaches you principles that you can live by. Too often we are concerned with kicking the crap out of our bodies that we forget the basic principles of wellness and get injured or over-stressed.
If you work hard to develop a stronger relationship with your body, with or without me as your coach, you will grow stronger in the gym, and you will have a toned and sexier physique.
